Falcon Green is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design on a £35M internal fit-out conversion of a historic Liverpool building into an office with a restaurant and social space. You will drive design from pre-construction through handover, working with the Project and Commercial teams to ensure delivery excellence.

• Proven experience as a Design Manager across Internal fit out or refurbishment projects.
• Architectural or Engineering background or relative Design qualification
• Deep understanding of construction design processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools
