You will coordinate with project management, clients, and construction teams, review design proposals, and drive value engineering while maintaining high quality and guest-focused outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in consultancy, architecture or design management roles.
• Experience on RIBA stage 5 packages preferred, hospitality or commercial-to-residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field required.
• Ability to coordinate design teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
