Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design on a £35M internal fit-out conversion of a historic Liverpool building into an office with a restaurant and social space. Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a fast-growing contractor, specialising in high-end and high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are a trusted and award-winning company known for excellence in construction, turning spaces into works of art.

On this project you will be the Design lead across a £35M Cat A/B conversion of a historic building in Liverpool into an office development with a restaurant and social space within. You'll be at the forefront of the design process from pre-construction through to handover, working alongside the Project and Commercial team to ensure the project's success.
