The ideal candidate has a main contracting background, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills to drive design delivery and add value to project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing design packages across construction lifecycle.
• Strong coordination with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and technical standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design process from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate design teams and track progress.
• Review drawings, specs and technical information.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and risks.
• Ensure design information aligns with programme.
• Support procurement with design responsibilities.
