Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a major £130m+ redevelopment at Heathrow Terminal 4. The role involves coordinating design across phases, ensuring technical buildability and alignment with programme and procurement.

Based four days per week on site at Heathrow, the package is up to £80,000 with car/car allowance and a project bonus. Previous airport or car park experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of contractor-side design and construction processes.
• Experience managing consultants and subcontractor design, buildability and design programmes.
• Familiar with information release procedures and procurement interfaces.

• Coordinate design for designated phases through construction delivery with a strong technical and buildability focus.
