Qualifications

• Experience as a Design Manager from early planning stages through to project completion.
• 5+ years experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Knowledge of Construction methodology and Design & Build contracts would be advantageous.
• Education sector project experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for technical compliance and design management predominantly at early feasibility and procurement stages.
• Monitor on-site Design coordination and manage external consultants.
• Apply a process-driven approach with practical construction knowledge and keen eye for detail.
