Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing design in education sector.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 requirements.
• Ability to liaise with clients and design teams.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage design process to deliver compliant, cost-efficient packages.
• Engage with digital and sustainability requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, design teams and consultants.
• Coordinate design packages and approve drawings.
• Chair Client Engagement Meetings and design workshops.
• Identify risks and ensure statutory compliance.
• Report internally and externally on progress.
