Job summary

IG Group is seeking a Design Lead to shape IG Consumer's visual identity across digital platforms, campaigns, and educational content. You will set quality standards, provide art direction to Brand Designers, and translate complex financial concepts into compelling visuals.

In this senior role, you will lead a small creative team, collaborate with marketing and product squads, and champion design-led stakeholder conversations to elevate brand integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing and leadership of a small team.
• Proven ability to shape and evolve a brand or design system, not just execute.
• Strong portfolio showing creative leadership and brand work across channels.
• Expert knowledge of typography and attention to detail across outputs.

Responsibilities

• Evolve IG's visual identity and design system across digital channels and formats.
• Provide art direction and manage Brand Designers, including workload planning and resourcing.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and defend creative decisions to protect brand integrity.
• Define the studio's quality bar and ways of working to raise output standards.
