Job summary

Morson Edge seeks a Design Implementation Engineer to bridge the gap between approved design and implementation at Devonport. You will work with Responsible Designers, delivery teams, contractors, users and other stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant facilities.

Using your Civil or Structural Engineering expertise, you’ll support the Water Retaining Boundary (WRB) and related Demolition and Trials activities, coordinating site reps and reviewing technical queries and changes to meet required

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of seismic codes and nuclear safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Designer Site Representative activities and respond to site queries.
• Review technical queries, changes, inspections and test documentation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and specifications.
• Support risk assessments, method statements and temporary works design approvals.
• Assist in non-conformance management and site surveillance.
