Job Purpose

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide engineering solutions within our design team for the Flexibles Pipes and Umbilical product line, ensuring compliance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budgets, with a focus on quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. Deliver technical engineering analysis to ensure the suitability of flexible pipes and equipment for client needs.
2. Write and issue technical specifications and reports related to product design or operations.
3. Provide technical support to manufacturing and after-sales services.
4. Engage with clients, subcontractors, manufacturing units, and other engineering teams to ensure successful project deployment.

You are meant for this job if:

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, Naval, Aerospace).
• You have a strong foundational knowledge in engineering topics such as material properties, fatigue, and failure modes.
• You demonstrate good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are service/customer-oriented.
• You can work effectively in a team-oriented environment and project culture.
• You have a good command of English.
