Job summary

The Little Conservatory Company, a leading designer and installer of premium home improvement solutions in Gloucestershire, is seeking a Sales Design Consultant. You will conduct in-home consultations, understand client aspirations, and design bespoke conservatories, orangeries, extensions, garden rooms, windows and doors, guiding customers from initial enquiry to project sign-off.

Supported by the Sales Support Manager, you will schedule qualified appointments and focus on delivering

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
• Understand customers’ requirements, lifestyle needs, and project objectives.
• Design and present bespoke solutions for conservatories, orangeries, extensions, garden rooms, windows, and doors.
• Produce accurate quotations and sales proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Design Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and customer-focused professional who is passionate about property, home improvements, lifestyle design, and helping clients transform their homes. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will work closely with homeowners to understand their aspirations, develop tailored design solutions, and guide them through the customer journey from initial consultation to project sign-off. You will be supported by our experienced Sales Support Manager, who will schedule qualified appointments on your behalf, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and converting opportunities into sales.
