Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Care Certificate.
• English & Mathematics at GCSE grade A-C (9-4) or level 2 functional skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient centred care in line with patient needs and Trust policies.
• Record and document physiological observations and changes to the patient’s condition.
• Communicate effectively across channels to overcome barriers and support patient information.
• Undertake clinical interventions such as blood glucose monitoring, venepuncture and related tasks.
