• Experience at a top-tier or international law firm is essential.
• Excellent drafting, attention to detail and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Advise on derivatives and structured products mandates, cross-border matters.
• Structure and maintain programmes for structured products.
• Handle securitised and OTC derivatives transactions across asset classes.
• Manage hedging arrangements as part of structured finance deals.
• Oversee structured repos and securities lending structures.
• Contribute to repackaging and bespoke structured finance solutions.
