Norton Rose Fulbright is recruiting a Senior Associate or Counsel to spearhead the derivatives practice in London. You will advise on complex derivatives, manage client relationships, and lead transaction teams while mentoring junior lawyers and supporting growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate has extensive derivatives and regulatory experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record of building client relationships in a top-tier firm environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on derivatives structures and regulatory issues.
• Track record leading complex transactions and managing client relationships.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
• Ability to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
