Core-Asset Consulting is assisting a financial services client in Glasgow to appoint a Derivatives Clearing Client Service professional on a 12-month contract. The role sits in Operations, handling client queries, trade flow understanding and margin monitoring.

You will engage with cleared derivatives clients and internal teams, triaging queries and driving timely resolutions while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Adaptability to change and ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in transformation and using tools/technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Knowledge of Listed Derivatives and/or OTC Clearing is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in client service within financial services or operations is advantageous but not required.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Technology and partner teams.
• Identify and elevate exceptions with understanding of risks and client confidentiality.
• Own and improve the client feedback process and share insights for service improvements.
• Support the team with non-client-facing administrative and operational tasks as needed.
