Priory Hospital Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to join the Jubilee Ward on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of clinical care and a therapeutic environment for patients.

This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or preceptorship nurses.
Priory Hospital Dewsbury is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on the Jubilee Ward. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the ward. Working alongside the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will help drive high standards of clinical care, promote a positive patient experience, and support the development of a motivated and skilled workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate nurse to develop their leadership skills, influence service delivery, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of those in our care.
