Job description

Job Opening: Deputy Treasurer

We are currently hiring for a Deputy Treasurer position for a FTSE business based in West London. The role will oversee all front office activities and involve significant responsibilities in financing.

Main Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the Group’s FX hedging in compliance with treasury policies.
2. Managing liquidity for the Group’s global cash pools and all drawings under the syndicated debt facility.
3. Renewing the Group’s EMTN programme annually and assisting with debt capital markets bond issuances.
4. Determining funding structures for subsidiaries worldwide, in consultation with the Group Tax department and CFOs.
5. Supporting M&A activities from a treasury perspective.
6. Supporting the development of the TMS and related systems.
7. Managing the Treasury Manager and supporting junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior treasury role within an international company.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team player, self-motivated, with keen attention to detail.
