Iceland Foods in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a committed Deputy Manager to work with the Store Manager to maximise profit, lead the team, deliver a seamless operation, and ensure the success of our store.

You will drive performance by reviewing weekly sales and operations, fostering an inclusive culture, coaching colleagues, and upholding health and safety and the highest customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Maximise store profit by reviewing sales, operations, and digital performance weekly and driving actions.
• Deliver great availability and cost controls through effective processes.
• Create a culture of selling and saving to maximise sales and profit; deliver KPIs.
• Lead, develop and retain great people; coach and manage performance.
• Ensure all store processes, health & safety, and legal requirements are followed.
• Provide customer-focused service and maintain the best possible store experience.
