Job summary

B&M Retail in Coventry's Cathedral Lanes store is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help drive sales, elevate store standards, and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to keep the store running at its best.

You will support the Store Manager, take ownership of the shop floor, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experience and high standards.
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example across the store.
