As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and actively involved both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and stepping into a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager. You will play a key part in creating a motivating environment for your team.
