Deputy Store Manager (Full Time) - Generous holiday allowance and competitive salary

Summary

  • £36,000 - £44,500 per annum
  • 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% in-store discount
  • Pension scheme

Your responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store during the Store Manager’s absence. What you'll do

  1. Set a positive example for the Store Team and customers
  2. Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
  3. Lead and motivate the team to reach their potential, adhering to our Leadership & Company Principles
  4. Check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area, and monitor KPIs
  5. Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries
  6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards

What you'll need

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with colleagues and customers
  • Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in supporting your team through each shift
