What You Will Do:

As the Deputy Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining ProCook's reputation for amazing customer experiences.

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a fantastic team.
• Maintain the visual and operational standards of the store.
• Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring product availability.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail or managerial experience.
• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent leadership qualities and team-building skills.
• A good understanding of sales processes and targets.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technology and retail systems.
