Cook Up Success as a Deputy Manager - ProCook Watford Store

ProCook, the UK’s fastest-growing quality cookware brand, is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to join our Watford Store team.

Your Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brief the team on daily goals.
2. Engage with customers and assist them in finding products.
3. Train team members on products and customer service.
4. Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.
5. Prepare the store for the next day.
6. Support daily store operations and step in during the Store Manager’s absence.
7. Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage customer loyalty.
8. Inspire and train the team as product experts and brand ambassadors.
9. Ensure the store layout is inviting and well-maintained.
10. Monitor costs and identify savings without compromising quality.
11. Maintain stock accuracy and report issues.
