ProCook, the UK’s fastest-growing quality cookware brand, is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our Watford Store team.

Your Recipe for Success:

As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and creating a delightful shopping experience.

A Typical Day at Work:
  1. Brief your team on daily goals.
  2. Engage with customers and assist them in finding the perfect products.
  3. Train your team on products and customer service.
  4. Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.
  5. Prepare the store for the next day at the end of your shift.
Daily Activities:
  1. Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Take charge in the absence of the Store Manager.
  3. Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage customer loyalty.
  4. Train and motivate your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors.
  5. Maintain a clean and inviting store layout.
  6. Monitor costs and find savings without compromising quality.
  7. Ensure stock accuracy and report issues promptly.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering excellent service.
  • Have retail experience in a similar role.
  • Be driven to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
