Job summary

B&M Retail in Crieff is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support driving sales, delivering store standards and leading a high‑performing team on a busy retail floor.

You’ll back the Store Manager, own day‑to‑day operations, and step in during their absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This hands‑on role offers real scope to develop people and progress toward Store Manager.
