Job summary

B&M Retail in Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead a busy store. This hands-on role supports the Store Manager, takes ownership across the shop floor and steps in during absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will drive sales, coach and develop your team, deliver excellent customer experience and uphold high store standards.
