Job summary

Olympus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Deputy Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a team and keep the operation running smoothly when the Store Manager is away.

You’ll drive sales, maintain presentation, control costs and deliver great customer service, with responsibility for store performance, stock, cash handling and compliance. This is a role for an experienced retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing others.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• A track record of delivering great customer service and working towards performance targets.
• Strong organisation and the confidence to juggle priorities in a fast-paced store.
• A practical approach to solving problems and getting things done.
• Flexibility to support different stores when required.
