About You:

We’re looking for a Deputy Store Manager to support the launch of Café Pod’s first store in South Clapham. You’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager — supporting the team, enhancing the customer experience, and helping the store succeed daily.

The Role:

As Deputy Store Manager, you will help establish Café Pod’s flagship store by ensuring excellent coffee, service, and teamwork every day.

• Store Setup & Team Support: Assist in recruiting, training, and inspiring the team, setting up store layout, and establishing service standards.
• Lead by Example: Support in achieving KPIs, coaching staff, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Grow Local Presence: Build relationships with the community and local businesses, supporting partnerships and brand awareness.
• Champion the Customer Journey: Ensure customers leave satisfied, equipped with brewing tips and stories about our beans.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Share insights and ideas to help shape the future of Café Pod’s retail experience.
