Eden Futures seeks a passionate Deputy Service Manager to enhance the lives of individuals with complex needs through effective leadership and supervision. We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.
We have an opportunity for a developing leader who wishes to take their next steps into management and become a Deputy Service Manager within our Supported Living Services, where our teamsupportindividuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.
The Deputy Specialist Service Manager will be released from shift to carry out the role for 2-3 shifts per week.
*Roles are paid an annual salary of £26,675, based on a 37.5 hour working week. The salary shown is as a per annum equivalent for illustrative purposes only.
Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.

The amendments to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) provides that when applying for certain jobs and activities, certain convictions and cautions are considered ‘protected’. This means that they do not need to be disclosed to employers, and if they are disclosed, employers cannot take them into account.
Guidance about whether a conviction or caution should be disclosed can be found on the Ministry of Justice website. It’s a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with vulnerable adults.
