ASDA Express is seeking a Deputy Site Manager to act as a visible, hands-on leader on shift, partnering with the Store Manager to foster a positive, welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.

You will drive sales, uphold high standards, and step up to lead the store when needed while ensuring safety, compliance and effective people management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading store teams in a retail environment.
• Strong grasp of store standards, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues on the shop floor.
• Demonstrated commitment to service quality and sales performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
