Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager in Dudley to lead a residential ABI service. You will oversee a team, develop person-centred plans, conduct needs assessments, recruit and induct staff, and ensure medication competencies and audits are up to date.

You will participate in MDT meetings, prepare reports, and support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations, including a potential on-call rota. Prior care management experience and Level 3 Health & Social Care are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care management.
• Experience with autism, acquired brain injury (ABI) and complex mental health needs.
• Ability to manage a team and drive person-centred support plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
• Recruit, induct, and supervise staff; complete appraisals and medication competencies/audits.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and prepare reports; support the Registered Manager.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
