Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading a care team in a residential setting.
- Ability to develop and implement person-centred support plans.
- Experience conducting care needs assessments and supervising care staff.
- Experience recruiting and inducting new colleagues; conducting supervision and appraisals.
- Knowledge of medication competencies and audits, and attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
