ESPA Kenton, near Newcastle, is seeking a compassionate Deput y Service Manager to lead a dedicated team and oversee day-to-day operations in supporting autistic adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You will collaborate with external multidisciplinary teams, uphold high standards of care, and drive continuous improvements in quality of life. ESPA offers training, progression, and a supportive environment.

Deputy Service Manager – Kenton, Newcastle

We are looking to recruit a compassionate and enthusiastic Deputy Service Manager.
