Job summary

Peach Pubs invites applications for a Deputy Manager to lead a welcoming gastro pub team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, own shifts, and foster a positive, high-performing front of house. The company values training, progression, and great hospitality across its pubs.

You’ll be a senior member of the pub leadership team, coaching teams, driving service standards and commercial results while maintaining a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ambition to progress towards General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day leadership of the pub.
• Take ownership of shifts and lead the team with energy and care.
• Coach, develop and motivate front of house staff and future leaders.
• Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and uphold high service standards.
• Manage sales, labour, standards, compliance and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Pub Manager, Floor Manager or senior hospitality team leader — especially if you’re ready to take on more responsibility and progress your hospitality management career.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Passionate about hospitality, pubs, food, drink and memorable guest experiences
• A confident leader who enjoys coaching, supporting and developing others
• Positive, kind, approachable and able to set the tone for the team
• Organised, hands‑on and calm when leading busy services
• Commercially aware, with experience managing sales, labour, standards and performance
