Job summary

The Treehouse Club is seeking a Deputy Preschool and Out of School Manager for our brand new Long Ridings site in Brentwood. The role supports the Manager in daily operations and oversees the provision for children across our preschool and out-of-school provision.

We require a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a dedication to safeguarding, high standards and positive staff wellbeing. This is a permanent, term-time role with 7:30am–6:30pm, four days a week.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
• Permanent position with term-time hours.
• Suitable for Deputy level with management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in day-to-day running of the setting.
• Maintain strong relationships with the local Primary School for Out of School Club intake.
• Develop engaging activities and experiences for children.
• Foster positive staff wellbeing and a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements are met.
