Job summary

The Treehouse Club, a Forestry Nursery and Out of School Club in Essex, is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a large setting, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, learning, and operational excellence. You will model best practice, support staff development, and maintain strong relationships with families.

This role involves leading Ofsted readiness, health and safety oversight, budgeting, staff supervisions, and driving a child-centered, outdoor-learning environment across our 12

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or higher) required.
• Nursery Management experience of 2 years required.
• Eligible to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to uphold EYFS and Ofsted standards.
• Support staff development and conduct regular supervisions.
• Manage safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Oversee health and safety and budgeting.
• Engage with families and lead weekly manager calls.
