Job summary

Medicus Health Partners invites applications for a Deputy Site Manager at MHP Alma Healthcare Centre in Greater London. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) supports the Site Manager and leads the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation and high-quality patient services.

You will oversee staff rotas, monitor performance, coordinate with clinicians to maintain clinical standards, and contribute to achieving QOF, Enhanced Services and contractual targets while developing

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a GP practice, primary care or NHS setting.
• Experience supervising or managing an administrative or reception team.
• Experience staff rota planning and day-to-day operational management.
• Experience using clinical systems such as EMIS Web.
• Experience working with QOF, Enhanced Services and contractual targets.
• Experience handling confidential information in accordance with GDPR and Information Governance requirements.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
• Experience supporting recruitment, induction and training of staff.
• Experience analysing practice performance data and producing reports.
• Experience coordinating audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operational management and delivery of services.
• Lead and develop the administrative team and oversee staff rotas.
• Monitor practice performance and contribute to contractual targets (QOF, Enhanced Services).
• Liaise with clinicians to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Assist in financial processes and ensure safe, patient-centred services.
• Oversee IT systems and EMIS-related duties; coordinate training as needed.
