Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administration manager to lead and develop teams in a compassionate, people-focused environment. The role includes hands-on operational management in a primary care setting, supporting a dedicated team to improve services for the community.
We are seeking an experienced administration manager who is highly organised and can demonstrate evidence of effective people management. We are looking for a resilient and compassionate leader, who enjoys the challenges that come with training and developing teams.
Experience of primary care and the NHS would be an advantage as the person needs to be a hands on operational manager.
This practice is one of three that CWP trust operates in the local area so you will be well supported by our management team and the staff at our other practices.
You will report into our Primary Care Lead who oversees operations at all three practices.
Duties will include working on reception, clerical and administration duties and supporting GPs, Clinicians and Service Users within our surgery.
