Job summary

HEYSHAM PORT LTD is seeking a Deputy Business Unit Manager to drive operational, commercial and financial performance across a multi-functional port operation in Greenock. You will work with the Business Unit Manager to lead teams, foster safety culture and deliver customer service excellence.

The role focuses on stakeholder management, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and delivering revenue and profitability targets while supporting change initiatives and

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience driving health, safety and environmental standards and delivering commercial objectives.
• Experience working with Trade Unions is desirable and IOSH Managing Safely is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of operational, commercial and financial performance across a multi-functional port operation.
