Job summary

Kingsley Explorers Nursery- Leamington Spa is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to set culture, ethos and high expectations for a brand-new setting and support leading the team with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding education and care.

The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus a Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500. Full-time, all year round (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable).
• Warm, visible and values-led leadership style.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role within a Nursery setting.
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and resilient.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding education and care.
• Contribute to building an exceptional Early Years Team.
