Job summary

Operations Resources Limited in London is seeking a confident and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their leadership team and make a real impact. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum and is full-time, all year round.

• Minimum Level3 Early Years qualification (Level5+ desirable).
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursery role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Confident leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 14 practitioners.
• Ensure full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Oversees staff supervisions, mentoring and development.
• Build strong, professional partnerships with parents.
• Step up as Manager in their absence.
