You will work in a supernumerary capacity alongside the Home Manager, providing hands-on leadership, maintaining high standards of resident care and supporting relatives and staff to deliver personalised care plans.

This nursing home provides specialist nursing and dementia care within a warm and welcoming environment, with a strong emphasis on individualised support, dignity and meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll work in a supernumerary capacity, giving you dedicated time to focus on clinical leadership, quality and team development. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to support the overall running of the service while remaining a visible and approachable presence for residents, relatives and colleagues.
