As a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN), You Will

• Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring the service is safe, effective, and well-led.
• Manage team rotas, annual leave, and training allocations.
• Liaise with local authorities and social services for clinical assessments.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during and outside working hours.
• Represent the brand with professionalism for residents, team members, and visitors.
