This leadership role will have continuous responsibility and accountability for the delivery and maintenance of high-quality evidence-based care; work autonomously in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; provide specialist care and advice to patients, colleagues, and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a culture of continuous improvement within an integrated team ensuring safe and appropriate skill mix to meet patient care needs; lead and manage the team; delegate, support, and supervise staff in the delivery of care.
This post will be responsible for establishing excellent working links with interface services, referrers, and internal mental health colleagues. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
