The Crystal Palace in Bath, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a Deputy Manager who can energise the team, delight customers and uphold our family-style service in a busy pub and hotel setting.

You’ll lead with confidence, own problems, and drive operational excellence while embracing training and development opportunities across Fuller’s pubs.

With a passion for fresh food and great wines, you’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and ensure consistent high standards for guests and colleagues.
