Job summary

Fuller's is seeking a Deputy Manager for one of its Lovely Pubs in the Warwickshire region. The role focuses on leading a team to provide outstanding service, maintaining high standards of food and drink quality, and delivering a warm, welcoming pub atmosphere for guests.

You will be responsible for daily operations, staff development, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The position offers career progression within Fuller's pubs and hotels network.
