MioCare Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Shared Lives scheme in Oldham. Based at Ena Hughes Resource Centre, Failsworth, you will lead the team, deputise for the Registered Manager and manage your own caseload to achieve positive outcomes.

You will oversee safeguarding, recruitment, training and ongoing support for carers and those cared for, ensuring high-quality, safe care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• To oversee in managers absence the day-to-day work of the team of Care Coordinators, providing support, advice and guidance as well as allocating and monitoring casework for team members.
• To provide a proactive and appropriate response to any safeguarding issues raised in the Registered Manager’s absence.
• To manage a personal caseload of often complex individuals and carers working with all parties concerned to ensure the best outcomes.
• Support the delivery of services that meet CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and adult social care compliance requirements, maintaining CQC registration and promoting high-quality, safe, and effective care.
