Job summary

Choice Care Group is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in a residential care setting. You will help implement and monitor individual care plans, supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will bring extensive Adult Social Care knowledge, strong organisational skills and a professional approach to lead the team, coordinate rotas and drive quality of care across the home.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge, including supervisory experience from working in Adult Social Care.
• Professional approach with the ability to organise and prioritise.
• Strong understanding of codes of practice and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager in the operation of the residential care home.
• Develop, implement and monitor individual care plans.
• Supervise staff and assist with administrative control and rota planning.
• Conduct inductions, supervisions and regular team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with codes of practice and legislation.
