Priory Group in Tudors House, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support a residential addictions service. Salary £28,000–£30,000 per year, full-time 37.5 hours per week, with duties across leadership and operations.

The role involves deputising for the Service Manager, overseeing staffing, admissions and governance while promoting Priory Restore's positive culture across the service.

Competenze

• Experience in a senior role within a residential or supported living service, with proven ability to manage teams, lead staff performance and oversee day-to-day operations within a regulated environment.
• Experience within addiction, substance misuse or mental health services, alongside involvement in service development and quality improvement.
• A basic understanding of budget management would also be beneficial.
• Leadership behaviours and the Priory interview approach are integral to the recruitment process.

• Support the Service Manager in delivering a safe, structured and recovery-focused residential service for individuals experiencing addiction.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, safety and governance.
• Deputise for the Service Manager, taking responsibility for the service in their absence.
• Oversee staffing levels, rota planning and deployment, ensuring safe staffing at all times.
• Support client admissions, ensuring the service and staff team are prepared to meet individual needs.
