Job summary

Pets at Home Ballymena is seeking a passionate Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at the Ballymena Pet Care Centre.

This full-time role, 39 hours per week, involves leading operations, coaching staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering a great experience for customers and their pets.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain store standards, and foster a fun, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front, setting the tone, and driving performance.
• Managing store operations, stock control, merchandising, and compliance.
• Creating a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and exceptional customer care.
• Delivering a best-in-class customer experience with tailored advice and genuine care for pets and customers.
• Supporting the Store Manager and leading the team in their absence.
